We try our best to keep customers happy but there may be times where you may want to return your goods.
Reasons for Return:
1. Changed your mind :
We are happy for you to return your item within 30 days of you receiving it, however it must be in the same condition as you received it and still in the original packaging with the original labels still attached. Buyer will be responsible for the return postage.
Items we will not refund:
Riding Wear that has been tried on and left dirty or smelly.
Horse wear that has been tried on and left covered in hair or dirty.
Rugs that have been damaged by barbed wire or other sharp fencing.
Any items that have been washed or polished by the customer.
2. Faulty or incorrect:
We will provide a full refund including the return postage (value of second class) if you have received the
wrong item or if your item is faulty. Items that are faulty will be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection
and if deemed faulty you will receive a full refund. If not then items with be sent back to the buyer at their

In the unlikely event of your parcel being damaged in transit. Please refuse the parcel if it is visibly damaged.
Once we have received the package back then we will send a replacement with free postage.
